Invexa covers purchasing, inventory, sales, collections, supplier payments, expenses and reports for trading and parts businesses. Each customer company is a workspace with its own database, launched and configured from a platform console.
01Challenge
Trading companies do not all work the same way. Some stock goods the moment a purchase is saved, others receive against orders; some deliver on the spot, others against challans. The product had to fit each real workflow without forking the code for every customer.
02Approach
Every workspace gets its own database, provisioned from a schema blueprint and migrated by the platform, with connections and cache isolated per workspace. Store locations, purchase receiving, sales delivery and product identification are chosen at launch; the interface, stock movements and reports follow those settings.
03Result
A keyboard-first workspace for purchasing, stock, sales and accounts, a reports centre across every module, and a platform console that launches new companies.
