01Challenge
Many sellers run their business from chat threads and notebooks. They need order tracking, not an ERP.
02Approach
A deliberately narrow scope — no payroll, accounting or warehouse modules. Payments are honest about being manual: the customer sends bKash, the seller verifies it in their own account and marks it verified; the app never claims otherwise.
03Result
Orders, customers, payments, invoices and WhatsApp messaging in one place, with owner, manager and staff roles and an automated suite that includes tenant-isolation tests.
